The adage states that kitchens and baths are a great place to invest in your home.  This beautiful uptown home had a pair of baths in need of a new layout and TLC.  You can’t always add space to the plan, so the next best thing is to find the space within the plan.  No nook was left untended and 2 rooms that were once cramped and without character now have form and function for a busy family to start and end the day.
